Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Underwear and socks for hygiene reasons
How to Make a Return
Step 1: Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Pack Your Return
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure alternative. Ensure all tags are attached and include your original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Return your item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item is defective or incorrect.
